Born in the Chicago area, living in central Kentucky since the age of 15, I've had a love affair with music from early in life, but like any kid, hated taking those piano lessons like poison.

However, when I got older, I discovered the holiest of holy's, the garage band. I started playing on an old Wurlitzer electric piano, but since practicing was never anything I enjoyed as a child, my skills as a keyboardist are only just now starting to develop. Plus, I never really had that good of a left hand, which is essential to a good keyboardist.

That's when I discovered the bass guitar. The bass offered me the chance to get into the action, while not being as difficult at the beginner level to play. It offered me enough of a challenge to become proficient, that to this day, it would have to be my ax of choice.

The discovery of the sequencer and computer has allowed me to do what was always my dream, being able to get the music from inside my head, outside of my head. Whenever I want, I can listen to something that I created.

An art of any kind, being the subjective beast that it is, is a thing of beauty to whoever choses to think that it is. So, when I finally finish a composition and sit back and listen, I realize that by the mere act of vibrating the air with a creation born from my own mind I have bared my soul to humanity and looked into the face of God.
